Playing for Parbet
1) Parbet clothing will be sent to the customer’s registered Parbet account address prior to the live event. While playing, the qualifying or sponsored player must at all time wear clothing where the Parbet logo is clearly displayed.
2) Customers agree to be a good representative for the Parbet brand at all times. This includes behaving in a professional and courteous manner towards Parbet staff, other players, dealers, tournament organisers and all other individuals working at attended events.
3) Any customer that wins a live event package through online qualifications may not sell or give his prize package away, nor will it be refunded. If a player, for any reason whatsoever, can not participate in the event he or she has won, he or she will lose all rights related to the prize.
4) Unless agreed and written approval is provided by Parbet, the qualifying player is not allowed to promote any competing poker room in any way.
5) Parbet reserves the right to use the customer’s name and picture on the website and in any media which we see suitable without any further compensation to the customer. The customer also agrees to promote Parbet in any interviews with media arranged by Parbet staff or management.
